Happy Labor Day!
Now lets talk fashion and figure out how to convert that sundress you purchased for Labor Day into something appropriate for church. As I was eyeballing my closet looking for something cute to wear to Church of the Highlands. I came across one of my favorite old sundresses from Banana Republic and decided to layer my look with a colorful top. By adding layers and the perfect accessories you can wear your sundress all season long. I love being economical and I love this dress AND I love my Pastor Chris Hodges too.
Hope you enjoy this look, xo Stace

Happy Monday everyone!
I wanted to share this fun look for today’s blog post. A black and white outfit is considered a safe look for many of us. You know….there are those mornings when you are in a rush and don’t have time to coordinate colors. So what do you do? Wear black and white. Combining the two colors give you a clean, crisp and classic look. Back in the 90’s this was certainly one of my favorite looks. Combining this contrast embroidered mesh shoulder frilled top with a pair of distress jeans allowed me to be a bit creative. Speaking of being creative, I use to distress jeans way before it became a trend! I killed the Janet Jackson all black look, EASILY, LOL. I think I might get a few comments regarding this. So lets jump right into this fit.
You don’t need a whole new wardrobe—the most boring looks can be transformed with the help of a few key inexpensive accessories. Accessories are your best friend after the age of 40.
Hope you guys enjoy this look, xo Stac

Happy Tuesday Everyone!
I wanted to share this dressy look for today’s blog post. Today’s look is all about lace, layers, round neckline, and showing arms! This dress provides all that and more. I love the lace around the neckline so I decided not to wear a necklace. This tiered lace dress provides the prefect chic look at any social event, a wedding or maybe even a party. You could dress this look down a bit by wearing sandals for a nice quiet dinner with babe. Fall is approaching soon so you can easily add a blazer or shawl and wear this dress all year round. Big thanks to Rachel Bell for making it impossible to choose just a few pictures. Hope you guys enjoy this look, xo Stac

Today’s look is about one of my favorite fads the graphic tees. Graphic T-shirts are versatile and very comfortable AND if you ask me a must have for anyone’s closet. Usually it is the first thing we grab for on an off day, but a graphic tee works just as well paired with a leather jacket and a nice pair of heels! I like incorporating this comfortable tee into a sophisticated look because the graphic element adds a pop to any look.
After finding the perfect tee, Donald Duck with the fist, LOL I decided to spice my tee up. DIY off the shoulder creation was quick and easy. My jeans are from Banana Republic and the handbag Brahmin, heels Nine West. Hope you guys enjoy this look …Thanks for reading xo, SR

First let me say the floral trend isn’t anything new. Spring after spring new floral prints arrive for our spring and summer wardrobe and year after year…we all eat it up. What is it about floral print that every girl loves?
I think part of the reason we love floral is because of how versatile it is. Florals can make you feel sweet and feminine, but you can also style them to be edgy and tough. Normally I would’ve rock this look with a rough pair of boyfriend jeans but the look wasn’t appropriated for where I was going. The possibilities are truly endless. Not to mention, there is just something about floral prints that is happy. And, when you wear florals you immediately feel happier because of it. I’m all for being happy!
Today I’m going to share my new favorite floral sheer dress and then give you some awesome inspiration for bringing even MORE floral into your wardrobe – because why not?!
For my look, I’m wearing a black fitted Banana Republic dress (old), Express floral dress similar, Gianni Bini stacked heels, earrings, clutch Lulu Townsend. I had to add the yellow clutch! What flowers don’t need a bit of sunlight LOL.
Hope you enjoyed my look, see you next week. Don’t forget to drop me a comment letting me know your thoughts and please subscribe!
My name is Stacey Robinson, new Lifestyle blogger. Finally I am doing something that I really enjoy! I’m 42 years old (I think LOL) after 40 you kind of forget your age for real for real. Side note my daughter Kennedy hates when I say that. So back to me, I enjoy all forms of shopping. Window shopping, online shopping, bargain shopping (I love getting a good deal) any form of shopping is enjoyable for me. Just call me the negotiator shopper, no price is set in stone. Most of my closest friends know how long I’ve desired to become a blogger. So now that you know all about me let’s jump into this outfit!
I love a fit-and-flare dress. Fit-and-flare dresses are super popular this year for good reason-they’re incredibly flattering and very versatile. I own a couple of dresses in this shape, one of which is sleeveless, and I’ve found it to be the most versatile. I’ve never really been a tight dress chick but I will from time to time! This navy blue and white stripped dress with a pop of hot pink stacked heels is so easy to pull off! You can wear this to church and work without losing any fashion credit. Add a denim shirt or a denim jacket during the winter and BAM you’ve transformed your outfit.
Pick one up this summer….you’ll find it will become your go-to- dress for any event. Stay tuned for more! See you soon, like next week lol I have three kids.
For my look I’m wearing a fit-and-flare dress Gap, Steve Madden shoes and jewelry Dillard’s and the wristband purse Target.
